Bad experiences came through for me !
I was honoured to train the staff of AFLON Digital on skills discovery and expansion in chosen niches
While I was expressing the indispensability of effective communication in this time and era.
I found myself sharing stories and realised that some bad experiences from horrible customer services to terrible client service delivery I had experienced helped emphasize some of my points today.
There is a teaching moment for every experience, good or bad and they will come in handy at some point in the future.
